As product leaders, our job is to make sure that our product roadmap lines up with our business goals. A roadmap that's well-defined can help us figure out which stuff to work on first and make sure that our customers are getting what they want.
How I Work
We all have hundreds of apps on our phones, iPads, and laptops nowadays. These can be amazing tools to help us accomplish things at a much higher rate. But, they can also be distractions from the actual work we are trying to get done.

I recently took a promotion to Director level for our Engineering department. That means I’m responsible for leading our entire team of engineers and making sure they are all happy and healthy.
