Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked my way into leadership at every company I’ve worked for. From leading the most time-sensitive flights in the FedEx fleet to now leading a team of people building products for the world’s top creatives at FM!
This is a record of my journey. I’ve learned how to push myself, get recognition and promotion, inspire a team and set a clear vision, dig into my own limitations and struggles, and still have some fun while doing it!
